Refund Policy

Vynor Perfumes currently does not accept returns or exchanges for any orders placed due to the nature of the products we offer. We recommend purchasing our decant or trial sizes if you are unsure about your selection, allowing you to try the fragrance without committing to a full bottle.

Perfumes are non-returnable products. Returns or replacements will only be accepted if the product is received damaged or defective.

  • Samples/Decants (20ML) are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our address in case of a return.
  • For health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances that have been opened or used.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed, or refused packages. Any shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without approval may be rejected and returned to the customer.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are subject to approval upon receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment source or via bank transfer. Customers may be required to provide bank details for processing.
  • A small fee of 2.5% (payment gateway fees) will be deducted from all refunds.
  • For failed online transactions, refunds are automatically processed to the source account and may take up to 7 working days (please note: we do not hold this amount).

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Vynor Perfumes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or defects in product quality. Additional verification or information may be required before accepting certain orders.
